Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement can be sent.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for USPS/UPS delays or lost packages. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
